Our Return Policy
Each piece is handmade slowly and intentionally. Your piece is built to last, but because of the nature of handcrafting, it is not without imperfections. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if you're not, here's what you do-
Returns
I accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact me at arinaldi9025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will make it right. If at any point, something breaks (the stone or a jump ring) please send me an email with a description and a photo and I will see what I can do! There might be a small charge for material needed to fix it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
